Foundation issues often show up as cracked walls, sloping floors, gaps around windows and doors, or uneven slabs. We perform a thorough assessment—elevation surveys, crack mapping, soil probing, and drainage evaluation—to identify root causes and develop a stamped repair plan when required.
Stabilization methods include underpinning with push piers or helical piles, slab lifting and void filling with polyurethane foam, epoxy or polyurethane crack injection, carbon-fiber reinforcement, and grade-beam extensions. We restore structural capacity while minimizing disruption to landscaping and finishes.
To prevent recurrence, we address water and movement: perimeter French drains, downspout management, re-grading, waterproofing membranes, vapor barriers, sump systems, and improved sub-slab drainage. We also perform seismic retrofits—bolt and hold-down upgrades, shear transfer improvements, and cripple-wall bracing.
